It comes with a three-position seat recline, but it does not go all the way flat (use beginning at 6 months and up). The brakes are more robust than the competitors and require both sides to be pressed to achieve full brake engagement. Overall, 3D Lite's quality is excellent for the price. It's better than budget-friendly Kolcraft cloud plus, but not as good in comparison to some of its more expensive competitors.
